Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for callers.
- Check-in and check-out guests, maintaining a professional and organized process.
- Keep the lobby neat, orderly, and presentable at all times.
- Tidy the breakroom and help coordinate monthly office lunches.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail while organizing outgoing mail.
- Ensure the front doors are ready to welcome employees and visitors by 7:30 AM.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and OneDrive to support administrative tasks.
